I'm Estefanía, the founder and director of SUMAQ MANAGEMENT.
My journey in this industry began when I was just 15, stepping into the world of modeling. From there, I explored every facet—I studied photography, dived into art direction, and worked as a production assistant. I saw the industry from every angle, from its dazzling heights to its challenging lows. It was this complete picture that fueled my desire to create something different, something better.
At 23, with a little girl to raise on my own, I made a life-changing decision: to create SUMAQ MANAGEMENT. My mission was to build a space that was not only safe and dignified but also truly supportive—a place where people were valued, not just as talent, but as human beings. I wanted to create an agency with a heart.
